洛川红延洛苹果专业合作社现有社员192人。共有板胡村和甘杰村两个基地，我的的宗旨是“吸收社员，种植质的苹果”。注册资金为１２０万元。 按照"民办、民管、民受益"的原则，以"争创一个品牌、联结一个企业、开拓一方市场、带动一片基地"的发展思路，以市场为导向，以建设高标准苹果专业合作社为目标，联结广州、福建等多处客商，年销售苹果500万斤。 遵循"入社自愿、退社自由、风险共担、利益共享"的原则，以股份制模式运作，按照"协会+农户+基地"的形式实施订单生产。合作社设理事会、监事会，下设农资技术服务部、果品营销部，为社员提供苹果生产技术培训、病虫害防治、苹果营销中介等全面的产前、产中、产后一条龙服务。目前合作社已初具规模，合作社经济组织运行规范，带动作用明显，具有一定的市场竞争能力，合作社同时能较好的促进辐射区域农民苹果生产的组织化程度，提高了苹果产业化水平。 合作社在为广大社员服务的过程中，服务于民，提高了农户种植效益和销售组织化程度，增强了抗御市场风险的能力，把"统一管理、统一品牌、统一质量、统一销售"作为长期发展目标，争取建成洛川乃整个陕西绿色无公害示范生产基地。
